I WANT ACCESS TO TICKETS FOR GOAT GIRL'S UK/EU TOUR. HOW DO I DO THIS?

You need to have pre-ordered ‘Below The Waste’, through the Goat Girl official music store before 5pm (GMT) Wednesday 10th April 2024.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ACCESS CODE?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email, by 6pm on Wednesday 10th April, containing your access code and links to the ticket retailers.
Please note it is a maximum of 4 tickets per order.

WHEN DOES THE TICKET PRE-SALE OPEN?
Tickets go on pre-sale at 10am (GMT) on Thursday 11th April.
Access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket sale. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.

HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?
In the e-mail that you receive, follow the link to the ticket retailer and enter the access code when prompted to do so.
 
Please note it is a maximum of 4 tickets per order.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?
Simply follow the link provided in your e-mail, which will take you to a designated pre-sale page 
Please ensure you are entering your code into the appropriate box.

I'VE PRE-ORDERED BELOW THE WASTE, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?
You should receive your code by by 6pm  on Wednesday 10th April, please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.

I'VE ENTERED MY ACCESS CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ALBUM FORMAT, WILL I GET ADDITIONAL CODES?
One code is issued per customer.

I’VE PRE-ORDERED BELOW THE WASTE FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE A CODE?
In order to qualify for the ticket pre-sale you need to order directly from the Official Music Store.
